It’s hard to believe another month has come and gone! I hope you’re enjoying the summer months. I sure am. I would spend the entire day outside if I could! I’m happy to bring you a fabulous line up of recipes I’ve enjoyed this month and the exceptional developers behind these tasty bites!
Breakfast
I recently spent a few days in Ohio visiting family and had a blast making all sorts of delicious recipes with my mom. This Raw Triple Berry Crisp from Oh She Glows is probably intended for dessert, however we enjoyed it for breakfast (oh, and lunch and snacks Image may be NSFW.

A few slices of Ella Woodward’s Superfood Bread with a big bowl of seasonal fruit has been getting my morning off on the right foot. I love making a big loaf and freezing individual slices for easy additions to lunch or dinner as well.

Main Dishes
My husband gave this BBQ Cauliflower Salad with Zesty Ranch Dressing from Kristy Turner a 9 out of 10….for a salad. This is the man who gets a bit bummed when I have salads planned for meals, so that’s saying a lot! Well done, Kristy! Image may be NSFW.

Sweet Treats
Get swept back to your childhood with these Campfire Banana Boats from McKel Hill! No campfire? Toss them on the grill – they’re just as good!
My friend gave me one of these Blueberry Lemon Mini Cheesecakes for my drive home after hanging out (you know, you have to have a snack for that 10 minute drive Image may be NSFW.

You know those times when you are just craving a cookie but don’t feel like pulling out a million ingredients and then waiting 45 minutes until they’re ready? Ella Leché has a solution for you with these 2-Ingredient Cookies! With just bananas and oats (and the third ingredient of your choice of mix-in…dark chocolate chips, of course!) you’ll have delicious and nutritious cookies ready in just 15 minutes. My husband was quite skeptical when I first whipped these up, but its become a regular request in our home. Image may be NSFW.
